Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Maryland barred attorney for a contract-to-hire Associate Attorney role with a growing law firm based in Norfolk, VA!

The Associate Attorney will join their Creditors' Rights practice.

Although the position will adhere to a fully remote model, frequent travel for court appearances in the state of Maryland can be expected.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice in MD (active/ in good standing). VA and NC bar licenses are a plus.Experience with real estate, title, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection matters preferred.Motions practice and/or trial experience a plus.
