We are looking for a seasoned **Full Stack Web Application Developer** with extensive experience in developing scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of web services and related technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing both front-end and back-end services, integrating Jenkins for CI/CD, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Design and develop scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT. + Implement and maintain web services to support application functionality. + Develop front-end components using JavaScript and related frameworks. + Build and optimize back-end services using Java and Python. + Integrate Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. + Design and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. + Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Optimize application performance and scalability. + Mentor junior developers and provide training on relevant technologies. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** + Extensive experience in full stack web application development. + Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases. + Strong understanding of web services and related technologies. + Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
