We are seeking a highly experienced **System Architect** with extensive expertise in system architecture and software development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, Webservices, C, and C++, along with deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT protocols. This role involves designing and developing scalable web-based and mobile applications (iOS and Android) aligned with 3GPP standards for MCPTT. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Design and develop scalable web-based network applications for MCPTT. + Architect and implement mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms related to MCPTT. + Ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and MCPTT architecture in all projects. + Lead the integration of SIP, RTP, and PTT protocols into network applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. + Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards. + Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. + Optimize application performance and scalability. + Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT. + Mentor junior engineers and provide training on relevant technologies. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** + Extensive experience (20+ years) in system architecture and software development. + Strong proficiency in Java, Webservices, C, and C++. + In-depth knowledge of SIP, RTP, PTT, and MCPTT protocols. + Solid understanding of 3GPP standards and MCPTT architecture. + Proven experience in developing web-based and mobile applications (iOS and Android). + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and leadership abilities. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
