Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Higher Command (HICOM) Support Team Lead for the US Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program. We are seeking an HST Lead to support the MCTSP.
This position leads the HICOM, typically in the form of a Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters. You will teach, coach, mentor and train Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of MISSION Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2).
Our work depends on you to ensure exercise support requirements are identified, synchronized, resourced, and rehearsed to meet Training Unit Commander (TUC) Training Objectives (TO); joining our team which already supports 16 Active Duty US Army MTCs.

MA/MS or higherBrigade Level Command (Division or higher echelon command preferred)20 years Army experienceSenior Army leadership experience, extensive training management backgrounds and Combat Training Center experienceMinimum of two (2) years’ experience with exercise planning using the JELC processExperienced in large-scale live and constructive exercises, a doctrinal expert within their respective WFF, and familiar with the employment and operation of Army MCISMinimum of one (1) year experience with MCTSP or a similar training program is preferred:Employment and operation of Army MCIS within respective Warfighting FunctionTop Secret/SCIGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
