Join General Dynamics IT and seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a key member of the US Army National Guard Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. This MTC provides training support to National Guard units in the Central states (IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC). 

We are seeking a Site Manager to support National Guard Bureau unit training under the Mission Command Training Support Program contract. You will lead a multifaceted team to provide Simulations Training for National Guard units at the MTC or unit Armory 

HOW THE SITE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Lead a multifaceted, multi-hatted team comprised of Operations, Logistics, Administration, Cyber Security, Simulations, Networking and Mission Command Information Systems to provide training focused to achieve TUC TOs  Interact with the Government Director to perform daily operations and exercise support Understand the process of Simulation-Stimulation to achieve TUC TOs using a variety of simulation systems and models Understand the process of synchronizing Live-Virtual-Constructive training to stress TUCs at the brigade level and higher    

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

BA/BS or higher  10 years supervisor experience  MEL 4  Secret BN/BDE Command or S-3

The likely salary range for this position is $112,967 - $152,837. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
