We are seeking a Site Manager to support National Guard Bureau unit training under the Mission Command Training Support Program contract. You will lead a multifaceted team to provide Simulations Training for National Guard units at the MTC or unit Armory
HOW THE SITE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Lead a multifaceted, multi-hatted team comprised of Operations, Logistics, Administration, Cyber Security, Simulations, Networking and Mission Command Information Systems to provide training focused to achieve TUC TOs Interact with the Government Director to perform daily operations and exercise support Understand the process of Simulation-Stimulation to achieve TUC TOs using a variety of simulation systems and models Understand the process of synchronizing Live-Virtual-Constructive training to stress TUCs at the brigade level and higherWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS or higher 10 years supervisor experience MEL 4 Secret BN/BDE Command or S-3GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
