Customer Service & Sales Operations Technical Undergraduate Intern

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Operations trainee will gain valuable experience by supporting both Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by assisting in various day-to-day activities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide data analysis, report generation and customer service support. The ideal candidate will gain hand-on-experience in sales operations, customer service management, while developing key skills in communication, problem-solving, and data analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Responsible for the record and control of the order demand.Record and track of the forecast, sales and data regarding Orders.Track of sales data and forecast to manufacturing.Work alongside Customer Services and Sales Operations providing support in different tasks.Maintaining communications globally with different sites and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
