YOUR TASKS\n

The MCC Work Preparartion Coordinator role is responsible for the preparation of all planned work on the aircraft of the DHL fleets and contracted operator at the Leipzig site. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the required work documents. The MCC Work Preparation Coordinator also orders the necessary tools and spare parts for the planned work in Leipzig.

\n\nReview of work packages / work orders for aircraft under maintenance at EATL.\nProcessing of work packages / work orders as well as checking the documentation required for execution, such as AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM, etc., for current revision status \nReview of technical and content completeness of the check packages\nContent and technical contact for the respective operators as well as production managers of EATL\nEnsuring availability of spare parts and tools for the planned work orders\nPlanning and organization of personnel / qualifications, ground time, hall space, special equipment as well as required spare parts for the corresponding work packages\nCoordinate and collaborate with other involved areas (including OMT, TOC, Stores, Engineering) for timely execution of work packages and individual maintenance events\nMaintain and continuously improve work and process flows\nCoordinate outsourcing to external vendors (NDT inspections, aircraft washing)\nOrganization and coordination of all checks including possible additional packages for modifications / SB's and AD's\nSupervision of the smooth execution of the assigned work packages\nCollaboration on interdivisional projects\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nCompleted university studies and several years of relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience as an aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, maintenance, engine technician\nType rating according to EASA Part 66 B1/B2 or comparable qualification on the types A300-600, B757, B767 or B777\nVery good knowledge of English and German\nVery good knowledge of manufacturer documentation (IPC, AMM, SRM WDM etc.)\nVery good knowledge of the software applications TRAX, AMOS, AIMS as well as MS-Office applications\nWillingness to work in shifts\nAbility to work under stressful situations\nAbility to identify priorities in parallel jobs\nAbility to work in a team\n\n
