CTG is seeking to fill a Maximo Team Lead opening for our client in Houston, TX. Location: Houston, TX Duration: 4 months Duties: Lead technical efforts in the support and enhancement of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Assist clients with operational support of Maximo systems, ensuring stability and optimized performance. Conduct functional discussions with internal and client teams (design, build, and test) to deliver minor enhancements to existing solutions. Oversee development and troubleshooting of automation scripting, SQL queries, BIRT reporting, and integration configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior team members. Skills: 6–8 years of hands-on experience as a Maximo technical consultant. Strong knowledge of automation scripting, SQL, BIRT reporting, and integration configurations. Desired experience with WebSphere. Solid understanding of Maximo-based EAM solutions. Ability to lead discussions and translate business needs into technical enhancements. Experience: Proven track record in leading and supporting Maximo solutions in enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver effective technical solutions. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
