Your Key Responsibilities

- Leadership and Management – mentor and technical guidance of a team of ServiceNow developers, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment. 
- Mentoring and Training - act as a mentor to developers, providing training sessions and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and platform knowledge.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. 
- Technical Configuration & Customization - configure and customize the ServiceNow platform without compromising upgradeability. Expertise in creating and managing workflows and business rules, designing forms, views, UI policies, and client scripts, developing catalog items, order guides, and variable sets, implementing data imports, transformations, and cleansing, understanding of security roles, access controls, and ACLs. 
- Quality Assurance and Peer Review - conduct comprehensive peer reviews of developers' work, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. Identify improvement areas, facilitating knowledge sharing and enhancing technical proficiency. 
- Reporting and Analysis - assist the Product Owner in generating reports and analytics to measure performance metrics, supporting informed decision-making.  
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work collaboratively with developers, platform admins, and stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery of ServiceNow solutions. 
- Continuous Improvement - stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Lead initiatives for process improvements and automation, enhancing system performance and user experience. 

Your Qualifications

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and administration. 
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams. 
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. 


Skills: 
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and features. 
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide Script within ServiceNow. 
- Ability to configure and customize the platform without compromising upgradeability. 
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in generating reports and dashboards. 
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments and drive innovation.
