About the Role As Materials Specialist, you will administer processes and tasks to support global materials strategies and materials research and development. What You’ll Do + Support the processes related to materials strategies and research and development to design intent + Maintain fabric, sample and inspiration libraries to support materials and wash development needs + Responsible for data entry and maintenance of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including fabric palettes, wash libraries and mill libraries + Support communication with vendors and suppliers + Maintain, communicate and follow up charts of seasonal development + Support the creation of presentations, imaging of developed products + Manage team administrative duties, including travel, expenses and calendars + Partner with agents, mills and vendors directly to ensure the accuracy of fabric information + Manage all incoming and outgoing packages, including tracking + Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required + Ability to multitask + Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite + Ability to complete tasks with minimum direction Preferred + High level of organizational skills
