物料计划与供应
监测直接物料需求，负责在SAP系统采购订单的创建、维护与及时关闭，跟进订单交付情况，确保满足供应；根据排产计划合理制定每日JIT物料的到货，监控及时交货率，做好供应异常的协调；管理原物料的存货，满足需求的前提下合理控制库存量，完成财务E&O 报表分析;对呆滞物料及时协调处理，有效降低呆滞率；负责新物料引入时SAP系统的相关参数设定；按要求完成KPI 及数据分析等相关报表；物料供应商管理
负责管理供应商资料，收集供应商的资质文件、外检报告及公司其他所需资料文件；做好供应商品质、交期和服务等情况的记录和资料整理，完成供应商季度评估等报告；协调处理直接物料各类质量异常，及时沟通解决交货异常，追踪供应商质量投诉报告进口物料跟进
定期发送进口物料预测，跟进供应商的备货，对短缺物料及时预警并协调跨工厂调货。进口原料的订单状态，密切跟踪报关和送货情况，及时解决问题其他工作
遵从上级及公司的工作安排，按时完成交办工作事宜。严格履行国家法律法规及公司安全规章制度规定的安全职责。严格履行艺康公司、工厂或部门制定的所有行为准则、员工手册、工作流程、操作规范、各项规章制度及相关规定。任职要求：本科学历，国际贸易、物流管理、商务英语相关专业3年以上的供应链相关经验，采购、进出口经验者优先考虑熟练操作办公软件, 有使用SAP系统优先考虑对数字敏感，有良好的数据分析、统计、汇总的能力良好的沟通技巧 和 独立解决问题的能力；积极主动、承压能力强及优秀的团队合作能力良好的英语读写能力Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
