PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Materials Scheduler/Coordinator to support operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination across production, procurement, and logistics.
Your Role and Impact
As a Materials Scheduler/Coordinator, you’ll be the strategic link between planning and execution. Your ability to anticipate material needs, optimize production schedules, and collaborate across departments will directly influence customer satisfaction and operational success.
What You’ll Do
Oversee forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes.
Collaborate daily with operations, procurement, and logistics teams.
Review order quantities and confirm inventory needs 1–3 weeks in advance.
Plan production schedules 2–16 weeks out based on material and inventory analysis.
Communicate material requirements to procurement and set planning targets.
Coordinate inventory levels with manufacturing capacity and compile production orders.
Support production management in prioritizing and directing assembly operations.
Enhance SOPs for inventory tracking and reporting.
Align with sales on contract volumes to meet order frequency and production goals.
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in manufacturing operations.
Develop structured forecasting systems using historical data and output metrics.
Monitor material supply flow and identify shortages or bottlenecks.
Generate performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Experience with SAP ERP or equivalent systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Smartsheet).
Strong communication skills in technical environments.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
