Materials Requirements Planning Controller ORADEA

Our target customers are in the field of automation technology, in the automotive industry and in the field of intra-logistics. To further drive our successful growth, we will expand our locations in a targeted manner over the next few years. The topics of digitalization and simulations support us in planning for the future and in implementation.

Based in Oradea, we are looking for a “Materials Requirements Planning Controller” that helps us to optimize and manage our materials buying and planning.

What part will you play?

·        Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing excess stocks, and managing stock checks 

·        Material Procurement & Supply: Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, communicating potential supply chain issues, and expediting/postponing material supply as needed.

·        Communication & Collaboration: Liaising with various departments (production, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues. 

·        Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production adherence, inventory levels, and delivery times, and filling reports to track performance. 

·        Solving COGI (Controlling Goods) issues:

Responsibility for resolving COGI errors generated in production and materials management.Adjusts quantities, corrects material assignments, or investigates production processes that led to the error.Resolves issues related to incorrect stock levels, missing materials, or incorrect storage locations.

What you need to make real what matters.

·        Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or logistics.   

·        Minimum of 3-5 additional years of professional experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

·        Very good proficiency English (spoken & written) is an absolute must to this role since you work in an international environment. Romanian is a must.

·        Strong understanding of MRP principles and experience with MRP systems (e.g., SAP). 

·        Experience in managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock turnover. 

·        Understanding of supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery. 

·        Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

·        Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems related to material flow

·        Good MS Office experience, including excellent spreadsheet skills.

·        Basic knowledge of project management, having at least partially managed smaller projects
