Inventory Management & NPIInventory forecasting – Annual, quarterly, MonthlyDevelop, manage and deliver the Inventory Budget, 13-point inventory turnsDriving Inventory optimization projectsControl Non-moving and Slow-moving inventoryPartnering with Finance to manage plant inventory KPI Weekly dashboard with detailed analyzed inventory reportsPartnering with manufacturing engineering and sourcing for NPI. Manage ECN implementation, Phase-in phase-out and take lead to settle commercial impactLead Annual Inventory audit in partnership with WarehouseContinuous Process improvement & DigitizationTo ensure process control for materials managementContinuous eye on any potential obsolescenceDigitization solution for critical process and ensure implementation across the boardMonitoring key deliverables of warehouse and fulfilment processManaging Min-max planning parametersBuying and fulfilment of miscellaneous materials through min-max planning, controlling spendResponsible for annual and Monthly budgeting for Miscellaneous inventory planned itemsResponsible for Order management to line issuanceQualifications/Requirements
B.E./B.Tech from any reputed institute. Masters in Materials Mgmt. will be preferredMinimum 10+ years of experience. Out of which 7 to 8 years in Heavy Fabrication industry is preferableStrong quantitative and analytical skillsStrong PC and database management skills, including MS OfficeExperience with Oracle ERP systemsDesired Characteristics
