MATERIALS PLANNING ANALYST III At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Creates plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials required and maintains proper inventory levels to meet operational requirements. **Job Requirements** 1. **Daily close communication with the Customer Care team** to address customer requirements. 2. **Review MRP Controller** (production plans) and release production orders based on capacity and material availability to support customer demand while maintaining inventory levels within target. 3. **Review and execute Exception Codes (messages) in the system** (e.g., 10, 15, 20, and 96):a) Bring Process Forward (Expedite)b) Postpone Process (Postpone Planned Receipt)c) Cancel Process (Cancel Planned Receipt)d) Stock Fallen Below Safety Stock Level (Safety Stock Not Covered) 4. **Review and execute daily delivery blocks** to proactively communicate with the Customer Care team (e.g., 10, 61, WR, ER, etc.). 5. **Follow the appropriate escalation process** to timely communicate any situation that may jeopardize normal business performance. 6. **Work closely with the production control team** to publish the weekly production schedule and monitor schedule adherence. 7. **Monthly review of customer demand** to properly level the workload. 8. **Weekly analysis and tracking of planning KPIs** , on-time delivery, past due, and lead time. 9. **Serve as a cross-functional support** to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform tasks following Standard Work to ensure job requirements are executed according to plan.
