We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Materials Planning Analyst based in Torreon I Plant, Torreon. (E-Systems Division).
As Materials Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for ensure the availability of material at the plant on time and in the quantity necessary for proper performance of the production process.
Your Tasks will be:
• Tracking raw material shipments from suppliers.
• Printing critical material lists and dispatching them to suppliers to ensure material availability at the plant.
• Analyzing excess inventory to detect overshipments from suppliers and negotiate returns or halt future shipments.
• Monitoring inventory discrepancies and rejected material.
• Analyzing and monitoring the Excess and Obsolete Material report.
• Monitoring the purchasing process for new part numbers.
• Monitoring premium freight and generating action plans to reduce it.
• Actively participating in physical inventories.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Education: Industrial Engineering, International Business, International Relations, Administration or related fields. Knowledge in OEM’S Portals and MRP Systems. Experience in automotive industry necessary. Experience in the field. Proficient English level.
