**Scope**
This role is designed for a professional who combines operational discipline with analytical thinking and who can effectively bridge planning and execution to support the company’s manufacturing objectives.
**Job Summary**
The Materials Scheduler is an analytical and proactive professional to lead the coordination between production planning and material availability. This role is essential to ensure that the production plan is executed efficiently and without delays, through close monitoring of material readiness, line capacity, and operational performance. It requires strong collaboration with cross-functional areas to ensure that materials are available in alignment with the production schedule. Will be responsible for scheduling activities, analyzing assembly line capacity, identifying risks and delays, and reporting findings to operational and executive leadership.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain the production schedule in alignment with SIOP.
+ Conduct regular analysis of assembly line capacity to ensure feasibility of the production plan and identify potential bottlenecks.
+ Monitor the availability of materials required for production, coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely readiness.
+ Track and report any deviations, delays, or risks in the execution of the production plan, providing clear visibility to operational and executive stakeholders.
+ Lead cross-functional reviews to address production constraints and propose corrective actions.
+ Ensure that production programming is aligned with business priorities.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of production performance, material status, and capacityutilization.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and material flow reliability.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
+ Proficiency in production scheduling tools and ERP systems.
+ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
