Job Description

You will be responsible for the E2E process in the creation, planning, management, and execution of orders for Bulk & Raw and packaging ingredient for the plant, support in the planning of Raw production, and maintenance of floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will provide an uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste & following all policies and procedures of the company.

How you will contribute

You will:

Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development and other multi-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers, transportation, vendors etc.) to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance to our standards, procedures and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, ensure orders are compliant with policy, support maintenance of contracts with approved supplier list, and enlist supplier, transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate.Execute MRPs-Material requirement planning systems, ensure overall E2E system health by defining & maintaining parameters, and applying a continuous improvement mindset to improve system health, inventory freshness, and management of working capital.Own the finite planning process of Semi Finished Goods and support planning process of Finished GoodsEnsure compliance with company policy within the Materials call offs processesCollaborate cross functionally with site BD and production to enable growth through the ordering and management of Raw Materials and Pack Materials for trials and new production launchesEnsure vendor accountability and conformance to schedule, build self and other Key User’s capability on SAP planning systems, manage inventory for RM & PM and FP as per KPI targets, timely completion and inputs to feedback, dashboards, and vendor management systems.Participation and collaboration in our IL6S journey through plant DMS, Operational excellence, and IBP preparation and support; adhering to Manufacturing compliance and governance standards.Be a key user of SAP S4HANA and become a change agent in promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellenceAdopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own one or more Pillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level. Actively participate in SN-Supply Network pillar activities and lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and elimination; work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

Relevant work experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, purchasing, and/or Forecasting,Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systemsExcellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Benefits and salary:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelēz International Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
