**Key Responsibilities:** + Supplier onboarding and Support for NSP (Nestle Supplier Portal) + Ensuring on-time completion and uploading of Quality documents of existing Material/Plant/Vendor site in NSP. (Ingredients Data Form, Materials Allergen Declaration, Material Safety Sheet, HACCP Plan & Flow, Valid Halal Certificate, & Valid GFSI Certificate) + Follow through and monitor Supplier compliance on the requested documents + Follow through and monitor Quality Assurance validation of Quality Documents + Ensure on time QIR renewal for all qualified Material/Plant/Vendor site combination (With Contract and those for BCP or Business Continuity Plan) + Ensure on-time renewal of quality docs with validity + Support on the BCP Achievement of the market by ensuring all the qualified vendors has live QIRConduct weekly, bi-monthly and monthly governance with stakeholders to update status of documents and supplier compliance + Help determine bottlenecks in the updating process to drive efficiency
