Materials Mgmt Analyst I

Execute the activities/analysis on supply planning, material purchasing, material and production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell IGS, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You support on resolving material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the linkage for cross functions and stakeholders, such as planning and operations. You are responsible to maintain Work Instructions updated for ISC Intelligrated.
Support and utilize Oracle ASCP MRP planning to execute plan.
+ SIOP implementation
+ Supports Inventory/Materials Planner in maintaining accurate planning parameters
+ Date Management future state execution. Team to lead key MOS for planning team and document all standard work
+ Transformational project say/do milestones and Planning KPI's
+ Supply Planning support.
+ Ensuring and supporting materials plan becomes accurate and current
+ Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
+ Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results
+ Organize meetings to monitor Metrics (MOS, Scorecards)
+ Create and update Work Instructions and Working procedures for the Supply Chain department as well as to provide the Training based on RASIC responsibilities
+ Provide data and analysis
+ Escalate potential Materials constraints
**MUST HAVE**
Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering degree
At least 0-2 years educational experience in analytics interacting with Supply Chain areas, such as Supply Demand, Production Planning, Materials, Inventories, etc.
MRP/ERP experience
Preferably Oracle experience
Working knowledge: analyzing, mapping and collecting data from multiple on-premise data systems and cloud-based data sources.
WE VALUE
+ Experience and skills with visualization software (Tableau, **SQL, Oracle** ) to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
+ Some experience in project teams collaborating with multiple departments.
+ Some experience with modeling and development Supply Demand, Production Planning, Inventories and Materials Planning processes.
+ Driving metrics to improve/increase creation and change of cycle times
+ Tableau knowledge
+ Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
+ Working with multiple sites, countries and in a global organization
