Our OFSE Material Management team is responsible for leading and building Materials and Order Management processes for multiple PL/regions. Works with the OFSE Materials, Product Line and Regional Leadership to develop and execute strategies.

As a Material Manager, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Working with the sales and commercial team, product and project delivery and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons in to physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.
As a Materials Manager , you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of project scheduler and planner, material planners and production controller in partnership with the different product delivery group.
Ensuring best practice implementation across the team and drive business standardization in terms of master-data management, system usage, planning methodology.
Driving digitization of planning data and ensure key data are available across product line to drive better decision making.
Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged PO, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (12+ years’ experience)
Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
Be an expert in Material leadership, developing strategy & planning management
Have experience of MRP functionality, Oracle is also preferred
Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders
Be a strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
Have APICS Certification
