Valley County Health System (VCHS) has an excellent opportunity available for a Materials Management Assistant to join our Materials Management team. This position is part-time and will work 24 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Responsibilities of this position include: + Maintaining the distribution process for VCHS in a timely and effective manner + Coordinating the receiving of shipments and preparing shipments for pickup + Fulfilling all office product orders; advising manager of updates + Completing spreadsheets and requisitions + Delivering supplies throughout the organization Candidates should possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
