Job Requirements
Interacting with global customers and understanding customers specific need in the area of materials engineering supportCreating material specifications (both metallic and nonmetallic) as per business requirements.Maintaining material specifications library as per changes in material regulations and changes in associated global standards (ASTM/EN etc.)Developing Material Declarations for BOM (at product/details/assembly level) for material regulations such as REACH, IHM, and RoHS etc.Working in PLM tool to keep the customer database updated according to the revised material specifications
Resolving regulation related queries to customerReviewing and approving the supplier declaration with respect to legislation requirements

Work Experience
B.E/B.Tech in Material Science or Metallurgy.1 to 3 years of work experience on the following activities.Should have handled REACH/RoHS, IHM and Bill of Materials in Materials ManagementExcellent communication skills
