Job SummaryCleans, evaluates, inspects and ships/delivers/recovers specified medical equipment including, but not limited to, concentrators and PAP supplies. Receives incoming vendor orders and assists with inventory and other assigned warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:
Clean and test specified respiratory devices / equipment. May deliver and recover respiratory devices / equipment.Appropriately documents work activities.Receive incoming vendor orders including, but not limited to, oxygen tanks and PAP supplies.Pick, pack and ship respiratory supplies to patients in the home / facility.Run reports and assist with inventory duties as needed.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalentCertifications:
Must have a valid state driver’s license (VDL), a good driving record, obtain and maintain eligibility as determined by CCF’s insurance carrier’s requirements to operate Foundation vehiclesCompetencies (Complexity of Work):
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work successfully in a fast-pace, time constrained environmentWork Experience:
Hospital experience preferredWarehouse experience preferredPhysical Requirements:
Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.Requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching. Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range.Requires some exposure to communicable disease or bodily fluids.Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds.Must be ambulatory and able to drive to patients' homes and climb stairs.Must be able to read, write and communicate with patients and caregivers.Personal Protective Equipment:
