Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo [SBU], to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. JOB DUTIES:
Solve material related problems
Ensure timely material ordering
Engineering Change Requests
Ensure compliance with Resideo Operating System
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
Provide data and analysis
Escalate shortages and potential shortages
YOU MUST HAVE:
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills across global teams.
2–3 years of experience in a materials, supply chain, or inventory analyst role within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including materials planning and inventory modules.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
Experience with consignment inventory, 3PN logistics, and BMI inventory models.
