Job DescriptionTrack and control stock levels.Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the necessary quantities and materials to ensure optimum inventory levels.Conduct feasibility studies in production, sales, distribution, general business conditions, and other relevant areas.Issue purchase orders based on insufficient or minimum stock levels.Prepare necessary reports weekly and monthly for the categories within your area of responsibility.Perform periodic stock counts.Verify the conformity of actual stock count results with the system.Identify stock errors and make necessary corrections by communicating with relevant departments and/or teams.Control the stock consistency of warehouse inbound and outbound movements.Ensure and control the correction of incorrect stock entries and report these entries.Provide support to the Shipping and Warehouse departments when necessary.Convert Purchase Requisition Forms received from departments into Order Forms; forward them to relevant companies.Communicate with domestic/international suppliers to learn delivery dates; monitor material arrival; share information with relevant departments.Follow up on outsourced (outsource) orders with the outsourcing companies.Check the price on the supplier's invoice and/or delivery note against the quoted price for incoming goods to the factory.Work in coordination with the Quality Control Department regarding incoming defective materials; conduct improvement efforts.Conduct research on domestic/international alternative materials.Inspect outsourced production on-site when necessary.Perform checks on Supplier Invoices.Ensure complete and timely approval of incoming documents and forward them to the finance department.Monitor the shipment process (cargo, transportation, customs) of procured goods.Follow up on tasks assigned to you.

QualificationsPreferably a graduate of relevant Bachelor's degree programs from universities.Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar manufacturing industries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in supply chain, warehouse management, and stock control.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, high management and organizational skills, disciplined, and responsible.Capable of working systematically and reporting activities periodically.
