**Job Title: Material Staging Specialist** **Job Description** In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory as it arrives and departs from the warehouse. You will track equipment using SAP software, although prior experience with SAP is not required but advantageous. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and involves cross-training in another area where you will track parts to ensure timely processing using Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Excel and basic functions, such as using filters, is essential. The role demands significant computer use and the ability to navigate stairs while carrying parts. **Responsibilities** + Track inventory using SAP and other software as required. + Ensure timely processing of parts using Microsoft Excel. + Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs as needed. + Cross-train in other areas to support operational efficiency. + Utilize heavy computer usage to manage inventory data. + Walk up and down stairs while transporting parts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Expediting and data entry skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer usage. + Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with work orders. + Ability to track and input data accurately. + Knowledge of kitting processes. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work onsite with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in a dynamic and supportive environment. There are multiple shift options available: 1st shift is Monday-Friday from 7:00-15:30 with a lunch break from 11:30-12:00 and two 10-minute breaks; 6th shift is Monday-Thursday from 15:00-1:30 with a lunch break from 20:00-20:30 and two 10-minute breaks; 7th shift is Friday-Sunday from 6:00-18:00; 8th shift is Friday-Sunday from 18:00-6:00. Employees on the 7th and 8th shifts have the option to work an additional 4 hours during the week to reach a total of 40 hours, but this requires a consistent schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
