JOB SUMMARY:
Performs assigned duties that support multiple functional areas in Production
and Logistics which could include pulling, counting, and packing Finished
Goods, Components, and/or Raw Materials and moving them manually and/or by
mobile equipment to designated areas in the facility or onto trucks.

Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:
With limited oversight, perform accurately and effectively all the duties
of a Materials Specialist I and II.
Interpret and update schedules as needed to meet customer, both internal
and external, requirements.
Utilize scheduling tools, participate in Production Meetings, and
coordinate with Production and Planning to anticipate requirements and deliver
materials and/or components to designated areas to minimize downtime. Coordinate loading of Shipping area and truck schedules to optimize the
flow in the Shipping area. Operate and interpret complex tools and machines, e.g. Alloy Verification
gun. Perform transactions in ERP System and resolve discrepancies. Train other personnel. Maintain inventory control for assigned areas and investigate and resolve
inventory issues. Other duties as assigned.
