**Responsibilities for a Material Specialist include but are not limited to:**
+ **Receive, store, and distribute** materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ **Sort and place materials** on racks or shelves according to a predetermined sequence, and **record amounts** of materials using a computer or appropriate system.
+ **Pick and stage material** for work orders and assist with the coordination of **physical inventory counting** .
+ **Operate warehouse equipment** such as a **forklift** , pallet jack, and hydraulic lifting carts to move materials.
**Candidates for Material Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Experience in **shipping, receiving, and warehouse** components is a must.
+ The ability to **safely operate warehouse equipment** is a must.
+ The ability to **lift 35 pounds overhead** and work independently as well as with a team.
+ Willingness to be a **floater** and have a **flexible work schedule** to fill in for other shifts.
**What's in this Material Specialist position for you?**
+ **Pay:** $ 18.00/hr
+ **Shift:** Training for 3 weeks (M-F, 8am-4pm), then the full-time shift will be (Sun-Thurs, 1pm-9:30pm)

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
