**Working at our Clearwater Location:** Clearwater is a provider of engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services to commercial and military customers, with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. Your work will contribute to systems that manage the performance of Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft as well as F-18s, F-35s, Harriers, and Apaches. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handle essential administrative tasks like customs documentation and certificates, and perform inventory support functions to maintain efficiency and accuracy. From pulling parts for production to managing hazardous materials, your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. If you bring 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of industry regulations, and a knack for effective communication, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage receipt, shipment, and stocking of materials and finished products.
+ Support production by pulling parts and providing supplies as needed.
+ Perform administrative tasks, including customs documentation and report generation.
+ Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers/customers.
+ Execute inventory functions such as cycle counts, sales orders, and work order releases.
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and packaging requirements.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift/move materials up to 35 pounds.
+ Basic computer knowledge.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Knowledge of industry regulations, logistics, and hazardous material handling.
+ Familiarity with Mil-spec and ATA packaging requirements.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
