Material Scheduler Associate

You have the opportunity to join our team as a **Material Scheduler Associate** at our Offices located in **Vicente Lopez (Argentina)** . The **Material Scheduler** executes processes required to manage the distribution of raw materials, semi-finished materials and/or finished product at warehouses and plants to support production schedule. **Responsabilities:** + Manage the schedule of raw materials and packaging to ensure all materials required to meet production schedule are available on time. + Manage delivery schedule changes driven by suppliers or production plan alterations. Communicate and/or escalate with stakeholders such as Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement. Strives to minimize the impact on production schedule. + Collaborate with Logistics to ensure appropriate storage and transportation capacity is available. + Act as Inventory Health Focal Point for Southern Cone: coordinate meetings with accountable stakeholders, define action plans, create and follow up on PTEC requisitions for Shelf-Life extensions, consolidate monthly report for the LATAM Inventory Focal point. + Develop reports to support Supply Chain Planning activities, such as 1st day Supply Availability, Total Inventory and Commercial Inventory Projections. + Submit Master Data Governance requests to support Supply Chain planning & execution activities. **Requirements** + Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business Administration + At least 1 or 2 years experience in Supply Chain Areas + English proficiency – Advanced + Availability to work 40% on site/ 60% from home + Advanced Excel proficiency + Residence in Buenos Aires (Arg) + Power BI knowledge is preferred **Benefits** + Competitive salary and benefits package + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + Dynamic and inclusive work environment. + The possibility of being part of a global team committed to making a difference.
