Material Procurement Planner Germantown, WI On Site Job Band I The **Material Procurement Planner** will manage, maintain, and improve the procurement of raw materials, packaging material and semi finish goods, while keeping the KPIs of the area under control (Service level, inventory levels and operational costs). **Your Key Responsibilities:** • Creation of Purchase Orders to fulfill demand requirements for procured materials, considering the demand, stock level and the planning parameters. • Collaborate with other departments to solve the issues that can impact customer deliveries • Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and deliveries. • Utilize SAP and Kinaxis to perform planning activities. • Analyze and take action to solve the raw material stock outs. **We Offer:** **•** A competitive compensation package, with comprehensive health and welfare benefits. **•** A place to grow and develop. **•** A company that is purpose-led and performance-driven in a corporate culture that values people and planet. **•** The opportunity to work on growing brands and build on a strong foundation. **•** The chance to make improvements and make an impact on the business. **You Bring:** **•** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields. **•** 2-3 years of experience in Material Procurement Planning. **•** Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. **•** Experience with an MRP/ERP systems (preferrable SAP and Kinaxis). **•** Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to interact with all levels of management. **•** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
