Job DescriptionExecute CT Technology R&D & Operations Strategy for material process development, focusing on mixing processesMaintain and improve state-of-the-art process portfolio, including process specifications and capability analysisLead continuous improvement of business processes and R&D systems in material process developmentSteer projects to enhance data usage and AI applications in material processingCoordinate interdisciplinary, multi-site teams and manage internal customer relationshipsExecute cost-saving activities with material development based on process improvementsSupport development of process simulation and explore new technologies for CT in material processingCollaborate with research organizations, universities, and startups to drive innovationEnsure customer satisfaction and productivity increases in CT plants through effective material process developmentQualificationsMaster's Degree or PhD in Engineering, Material Science, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, process development, or operational plant roles, focusing on compounding technologies and rubber process technology.Demonstrated leadership and project management experience, including ability lead cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of material processing, R&D, and manufacturing operations, with experience in process capability analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.first experiences of AI applications and data-driven decision making in material processing, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cultural sensitivity.Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and innovatively, particularly in cost-saving initiatives and process optimization.Willingness to travel required.Additional Information
