Your purpose will be to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, to and from suppliers and within departments, according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material, supply chain and production needs. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be accountable for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials between departments according to daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. You will coordinate with production departments, purchasing and planning to monitor the progress of work through the organization, to ensure timely execution of the production schedule.
As a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will also be responsible for:
Collaborating with Medium Term Planner and with internal manufacturing lines to identify criticalities and recovery plans such as material shortage status, timely transactions, Non-Conformities follow up, scrap& re-work, etc.
Leading the short term plan and activities related to internal production linesCoordinating, monitoring and controlling Farm-out Activities with external Suppliers Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacityMonitoring, analyzing ,and reporting performance metrics and production Interact with Sourcing department for criticalities management and with other functions for strategic initiatives on simplification and cost reductionCoordinating and expediting the placement of purchase orders, delivery of material, and finished goods Schedule, expedite, and coordinate the delivery & movement of critical material, including material transfers, and conditional material releasesPerforming data analysis and decision making to support department material supply to meet production schedulesCoordinating the planning of current schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned productsMaintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing. Complying with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.Fuel you passion
To be successful in the role you will
Have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field or an experience in production control, planning or supervisionDemonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environmentHave the ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvementsPro-activity and accuracy in data processingHave a good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systemsBe fluent in Italian, both oral and writtenWork in a way that works for you
