Job Description
1. Develop and maintain accurate material procurement plans based on production schedules, inventory levels, and demand forecasts via SAP
2. Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
3. Monitory material availability status and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, optimizing working capital
4. Continuously improve supplier OTD to better fulfill customer demand and minimize premium freight cost
5. Prepare regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and inventory metrics
6. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
7. Collaborate with the team to streamline inbound material flow and reduce lead time
8. Support new products localization projects from logistic perspective incl. new PN master data, sample arrangement
9. Overall planning controlling: TCT, Cost, OTD
10. Other tasks assigned by leaders
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Min 3 years' working experience in manufacturing Supply Chain related fields (planning, sourcing, logistics, etc.)
3. Familiar with SAP system knowledge in planning
4. Microsoft office - (Minimum skill: Power point, Excel, Word, Power BI...)
5. Strong English language capability (both Spoken and Written)
6. Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory theory and optimization models are preferred
7. Initiative communication skills
8. Willing to learn and work under pressure, organized and disciplined
