Position Overview:

The incumbent will be exposed to industrial development and the medical device environment. He/she will provide support to the supply chain area/field being assigned and complete tasks assigned by Planners/Managers/Coaches within or across divisions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules.Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Track and resolve material discrepancies or delays.Support data entry and maintenance of planning systems and ERP tools.Generate reports on material status, inventory levels, and supplier performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor.Ability to be independent and self-motivated.Participate in process improvement projects and provide qualitative and quantitative analysisUphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.1 to 3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:
