This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have be responsible for the end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the IPU Buy & Sell in Quartino, Switzerland. Main stakeholders are the P&F team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations, buyers, and services.
Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.
Qualifications for the role:
+5 years of experience in material planning, order management, or customer service.
Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
Good skills in data analysis, structured thinking, teamwork, and communication.
Profound knowledge in SAP MM/SD and MS Excel.
Fluency in Italian and English.
