What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

This role would support the Supply Chain team and perform delivery of batch and non-batch related materials/equipment to numerous areas around the Pearl River site.

This position includes the collection of parcel deliveries for the stock room and placement into storage. This person would be the subject matter expert for location of all items within the stock room.

This role would help with all outbound parcel shipments with documentation packing and shipment.

Liase with the Warehouse Associate and Buyer Planner on a daily basis to ensure tasks are been completed.Facilitate interdepartmental huddle activities.Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines and applying basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisor's direction, working in a structured environment using established procedures.Communicate results and potential improvement areas to the team.Ability to drive a BoxTruck.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experienceSystem Application and Products experienceKnowledge of the Procurement and Supply Chain processesKnowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP)Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skillsComputer skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

Experience in a Food and Drug Administration regulated environmentFamiliarity with FDA regulationsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesProactive approach to identifying and addressing issues

  
 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Full Driver’s License with the ability to drive and operate a truck.

Ability to drive forklift or walkie.

Ability to be on one’s feet for extensive periods of time

Some tasks will require the position to perform some job duties in an outside environment.

Can perform some lifting up to 50lbs and movement of items within the warehouse.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

May be requested to stay late periodically if work is required to be completed

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
