(SAP experience preferred) + Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts - if applicable, specify training requirements) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materials. + Conduct visual inspections of components for damage or defects during the picking process and report any discrepancies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the picking area. + Collaborate with the packaging and shipping teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. + Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulations (e.g., AS9100, FAA guidelines). + Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed. + May assist with other shipping department duties, such as packing or labeling, when required. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
