Job Responsibilities:

A Shift Schedule is:
Monday - Thursday 5:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Overtime often required.

B Shift Schedule is:
Tuesday - Saturday 5:15 PM - 5:15 AM
Overtime often required.

C Shift Schedule is:
Sunday/Monday 5:15 PM - 5:15 AM
Friday/Saturday 5:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Overtime often required.

Hourly rate starting at $23.67. Shift differential for B and C Shift.
 

Job Responsibilities: (This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions or to perform other job duties requested by their manager.)

1.    To organize and stock all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out.
2.    Ensure compliance with SWI for delivery routes.
3.    Ensures all material/stock is; replenished, set up, and in their proper place to prevent and/or eliminate downtime.
4.    Perform material handling duties:  move, load/unload parts either by manual or tugger operation; carry out and record incoming/outgoing inspection parts, tags, racks, etc.; operate inventory scanner; cycle material based on FIFO standards
5.    Inspect/Accept parts per work instruction/ process book/ procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality, and racking.
6.    Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment.
7.    Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
8.    Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including:

a.    Magna Employee Charter – Operating under its principles by treating all employees equally, fairly with dignity and respect.
b.    Open Door Policy – Solves issues with two-way, open, and friendly communication.
c.    5S – Maintains and promotes good housekeeping by following the philosophy “Everything has a place. Everything in its place”.
d.    Safety First - Obey the plant’s safety rules and procedures by wearing PPE at all times and immediately addressing all safety concerns. Promotes an environment where zero injuries are the expected standard.

9.    Performs other duties as assigned
