Pay Range: $16.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM

About the Role:
Rockwell Automation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Unpack and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices Maintain accurate records of received items and reject unsatisfactory goods Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including weights and charges Operate forklifts and lift heavy items as needed Stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines Prepare kitting packages for assembly production Interact daily with internal teams to exchange factual information

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required No prior experience necessary—training provided Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required Rockwell does not sponsor employment visas for this position

Strong attention to detail Basic computer and record-keeping skills Willingness to learn and follow company procedures Physical ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment
