**Job Title: Material Handler Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Material Handler Lead for the 2nd shift. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and transportation of materials within our warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Train and learn specific warehouse inventory and processes. + Read work orders for pallets and correctly pick orders, ensuring heavy items are placed on the bottom. + Operate cherry picker, reach trucks, or forklifts to pick orders. + Pay close attention to detail to ensure the correct product is being picked. + Assemble crates for products shipped to other companies. + Transport orders to shrink wrapping equipment to wrap orders before shipment. + Lift materials weighing between 50-100 lbs. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of leadership experience. + Experience operating a stand-up forklift. + Experience with Crown forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience in order filling. + Experience with forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack. + Ability to work independently. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a good culture and a well-organized, clean working environment. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm, and all candidates must be comfortable working independently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $50960.00/yr.
