Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Responsible for directing the work assignments of a team of lift truck operators and carrier drivers + Drives a culture of safe work practices + Drive team oriented environment + Execute standard work to ensure production materials are replenished to ensure continuous operations + Effectively communicate daily priorities (daily meetings, one on one engagements, Tier Meetings, etc.) + Coordinate/collaborate warehouse operations with all departments. + Perform daily audits (Safety, warehouse, forklifts, line inventories, etc.) + Provide supervisory support, as needed + Provide forklift training for new hires and re-certifications as needed. + Support the Inventory Team as needed. + Supports the receipt of railcar/bulk truck material. + Performs other tasks as directed. **Requirements:** + Previous logistics warehouse leadership experience required + WMS software experience required + Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills + Must be detail oriented, strong organizational, math and problem solving skills + Must be able pass the LTO training and testing + Must have experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.) + Bilingual communication skills preferred + High School diploma or equivalent required _Pactiv Evergreen is a drug-free workplace.
