Job Responsibilities

Efficient and GMP-compliant handling of goods flowStrict adherence to and enforcement of specific regulations in warehouse management, especially GMP rules, hygiene, and safety regulations, and relevant SOPs and packaging instructionsReceiving goods and booking goods receipt in the ERP (GPM)Operating the warehouse management system (WMS)Accurate and suitable storage of goodsPicking orders to supply productionProviding production feedback and updates in the ERP (GPM) after job completionStoring materials after quality control (QC) inspectionParticipating in commercial packaging, bookings in the ERP (SAP)Conducting required internal sampling of packaging materialsPerforming inventory countsEnsuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and supervisorsActively participating in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as improvement opportunitiesCo-responsibility for encouraging a culture of improvement within the department (PPI Business System)Responsibility for timely project execution as agreed with project teams and supervisors

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management and ERP systemsStrong understanding of GMP regulations and SOPsOutstanding communication and collaboration skillsAbility to strictly adhere to hygiene and safety protocolsExperience with inventory management and commercial packaging
