Responsibilities

Efficiently and GMP-compliantly manage the flow of goodsStrictly adhere to and enforce specific regulations in warehouse management, particularly GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and packaging instructionsReceive goods and record incoming goods in the ERP (GPM)Operate the warehouse management system (WMS)Ensure accurate and appropriate storagePick orders to supply productionReturn materials after inspection by Quality Control (QC)Conduct internally required packaging material samplingPerform inventoriesOpen and process Problem Reports in the deviation management system (TrackWise)Ensure active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and challenges to colleagues and supervisorsActively participate in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as in opportunities for improvementShare responsibility in promoting a culture of improvement within the department (PPI Business System)Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with project groups and supervisor's agreements

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management and logisticsKnowledge of GMP regulations and SOPsProficiency in ERP and WMS systemsStrong communication skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a teamDiligent with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyDedication to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards
