We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Material Handler II to join our ambitious and dynamic team! **Responsibilities** + Efficiently and GMP-compliantly manage the flow of goods + Strictly adhere to and enforce specific regulations in warehouse management, particularly GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and packaging instructions + Receive goods and record incoming goods in the ERP (GPM) + Operate the warehouse management system (WMS) + Ensure accurate and appropriate storage + Pick orders to supply production + Return materials after inspection by Quality Control (QC) + Conduct internally required packaging material sampling + Perform inventories + Open and process Problem Reports in the deviation management system (TrackWise) + Ensure active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and challenges to colleagues and supervisors + Actively participate in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as in opportunities for improvement + Share responsibility in promoting a culture of improvement within the department (PPI Business System) + Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with project groups and supervisor's agreements **Requirements** + Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics + Knowledge of GMP regulations and SOPs + Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems + Strong communication skills + Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team + Diligent with a focus on accuracy and efficiency + Dedication to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards Are you ready to contribute to our mission and work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence?
