**Responsibilities**
Overall, Purpose and Objective: ** This position is responsible for handling materials, which includes selecting, receiving, wrapping, shipping, and moving materials within the facility. **Responsibilities: **
+ Order Fulfillment: ** Select parts for various interdepartmental orders, wrap, label, box, and ship all parts and components.
+ Inventory Management: ** Place stock in designated inventory locations promptly. Ensure that inventory transactions and material receipts are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Storing and Moving Materials: ** Please carry out all required duties for shipping and receiving materials and organize the warehouse as instructed.
+ Equipment Operation: ** Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
+ Safety Compliance: ** Adhere to all existing safety policies and material handling procedures.
+ Instruction Following: ** Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
+ Additional Duties: ** Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

**Qualifications**
+ High school Diploma (required)
+ 1-2 years of experience stock or material movement
+ Must have strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs
+ Must be able to stand a full shift and work overtime as required
+ Must be able to use a pallet jack
+ Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Forklift experience (preferred)
+ SAP System experience (preferred)
+ UPS WorldShip / Campus Ship experience (preferred)

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $ _43,680 - $46,800_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
