1. To organize and stock all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out.
2. Ensure compliance with SWI for delivery routes.
3. Construct boxes for parts.
4. Check all full, acceptable boxes for proper bar code labels.
5. Load Part to the next stock location and ensure the accuracy of inventory in CMS.
6. Count and label all unused parts and return to the stock area.
7. Inspect/Accept parts per work instruction/ process book/ procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality, and racking.
8. Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment.
9. Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies.
10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
11. Know and understand LMV Automotive Systems Quality Policy.
12. Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including:
a. Magna Employee Charter – Operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly with dignity and respect.
b. Open Door Policy – Solves issues with two-way, open, and friendly communication.
