Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Utah. This role is essential to our warehouse operations, with responsibilities spanning from receiving to shipping and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have extensive forklift experience and a strong work ethic to support our fast-paced logistics environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging of goods.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Essential SkillsValid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Flexibility to work swing shift hours.Additional Skills & QualificationsProven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.Ability to read fine print and follow written and verbal instructions in English.Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.Experience with electrical stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.Familiarity with SAP systems for inventory tracking.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The Tooele site is described as a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees will receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. This is a fully on-site position with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols. Employees must wear composite-toed shoes to start work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
